years ago we have been focusing on quality and continuity. We offer comprehensive
and competent legal services and trial conduct, and endeavor to establish
long lasting and trustful relationships with our clients. Our services are
determined by:
Regional Roots
We are a well-established law firm in the wider area
of the Lake Constance and the eastern part of Switzerland. We are strongly
engaged in local politics, sports, research and cultural projects.
Focus on Business Law
Due to our legal education and know-how, we are predominantly
concerned with business law. Most of our clients are small or medium sized
legal entities. We take on economic responsibility by performing duties as
members of the board of directors.
Areas of Practice/Cooperation
In order to meet the needs of permanently changing economic conditions we
pursue a strict strategy of specialization. Each attorney is specialized
in certain fields of law according to his legal education and his
professional preknowledge. We are able to call upon a vast network of
outstanding partners (attorneys-at-law, consulting firms, trustees and
auditors). They support us efficiently whenever we are in need of external
advice or services.
Innovation/Benefit for Clients
Our well-adjusted organization and our personal
commitment to continuity enable us to provide legal solutions in
conformity with market trends and customer needs. Due to our teamwork and
specialization we are able to handle complex cases of all facets of law.
Cross-Border Orientation
We endeavor to support economy in the region of the
Lake Constance. Due to our proximity to Germany and Austria we have gained
a broad knowledge of cross-border deals. We maintain a vast network of
national and international partners. For those reasons we primarily focus
upon the establishment of legal entities and domiciles, purchases of real
estate, distribution agreements, exploitation of patents, trade marks,
know-how and copyrights. We attempt to provide comprehensive legal
services taking tax and employment issues as well as other peremptory
regulations into consideration. |
